Heated swimming pool

The beautiful 10 x 5m swimming pool is heated from May to September and is the perfect size of playing games and swimming lengths. It has an electric hard cover, which keeps the heat in and is a security feature.

There is a seating area at one end of the pool, and are 14 sunbeds with cushions around the pool, with parasols and some casual seating too. There is both a solar shower outside and indoor changing room with shower and toilet.

Dining terraces

A few steps from Champagne’s kitchen is a large, covered terrace, ideal for long, leisurely meals overlooking the surrounding landscape. There are a dining table and 14 chairs as well as some casual seating for enjoying cocktails.

There is an Ooni double pizza oven, plancha, oven with hob, brick barbecues and lots of workspace for preparing food. Just off it is a space with a fridge, washing machine and separate toilet.

There are another 3 dining terraces with tables, chairs and parasols. We have created them so that you can use different areas through the day, depending on where the sun and the shade are.

Games room

The games room has 5 sofas centred around a large cinema style smart TV, perfect for watching sports games or films together.

There is a table tennis table, which can be used inside or out, a dartboard, lots of other games including card games, and a fridge freezer which is easily accessed from the pool too.

Garden and woods

There are 6 acres of private grounds and woods for your to explore, with fantastic views all around.

Parking

There is ample parking as you drive in on the left, but you can drive up to the houses to drop your luggage and shopping off before parking there.

There is an EV charger too, although it’s slow you can plug in at the end of the day and be fully charged in the morning.
