We live 25 minutes away from the property, but we are always available to answer questions, advise on the local area or help deal with problems that might arise.

Private chef
We have a wonderful private chef who can cook for you at the property, so that you can enjoy your holiday to the max.

Wine Tasting
The owner of a local wine cave (specialist wine shop) can give you a wine tasting at Les Bigonnies.

Massages and Yoga
We have an excellent yoga teacher who can come to Les Bigonnies to either give you a massage or give you a yoga lesson.

Pets
Pets are very welcome at Les Bigonnies, with prior approval.

High-speed internet
There is high-speed internet in the houses and at the pool.

Shopping before you arrive
If you would like us to buy any shopping for you before your arrival, just send us a shopping list and we’ll provide the receipt for it for you to settle.

Young children
We have cots and highchairs available for young children, just let us know what you require before you arrive.

Toiletries
We provide two small bottles of body wash and also shampoo, as well as soap and hand wash in each bathroom.

Towels
Pool towels are included.

EV charger
There is a slow EV charger available to charge your car.

Cleaning products
We provide dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, spray cleaners, bin bags, loo paper and other cleaning products for your use as well as kitchen roll, aluminum foil and cling film.

Welcome basket
We’ll leave you a welcome basket with red, white and rosé wine, fizzy and flat water, beer, cordial, herbs de Provence, jam, honey, mustard, bread and butter.

End of stay clean
When you leave, all we ask is that you tidy up. We’ll clean, to ensure it’s as perfect as it was when you arrived, but we would appreciate all the games, toys, books etc. being put back.

Smoking
Sorry, no smoking is permitted in the houses.
